Problems uploading video!

Hey there! Well, I have been trying to upload our five minute video from our lil "Sweet Pea's" 20 week sonogram appt for over three weeks now! I try to upload it and it will say uploading 0% then goes up to like 80%, but then it goes back down to 20% or sometimes it goes all the way back to 0% and then it never actually uploads it! Does anyone know what I could possibly be doing wrong or what to do? Thank you!!!
